We primarily serve the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including Mississauga, Oakville, Vaughan, Markham, and Richmond Hill. For select large-scale custom builds, we also operate in Muskoka and Collingwood.

Yes, fully. Aladdin Contracting is licensed by the City of Toronto and carries $5M in liability insurance and WSIB coverage for all our sites. We adhere strictly to the Ontario Building Code.

Do you handle permits?

Absolutely. We offer a true turnkey service. This includes architectural drawings, engineering stamps, zoning reviews, committee of adjustment applications, and final building permit acquisition.

What is your typical project timeline?

Timelines vary by scope. A typical custom home build takes 12-18 months. Major renovations (whole home) range from 4-8 months. We provide a guaranteed Gantt chart schedule before a shovel hits the ground.

How do you handle budget overruns?

We operate on a fixed-price contract for the scope of work. Any changes are handled via a transparent Change Order process that you must approve in writing before additional costs are incurred. No surprises.

We offer a comprehensive 2-year warranty on all workmanship, which exceeds the industry standard. We also facilitate all manufacturer warranties for materials, windows, and HVAC systems installed.
